Dina Kowal shares a beautful Thank You card today!
Dina uses DIE162-Thanks Word
From Dina~
I started with a Fabriano Medioevalis Stationery card and a brushed puddle of water... I brushed in Stream reinker at one end of the wet area, and yellow Impress ink at the other end, and let them bleed together. While the ink was still wet, I dropped in some gold Lumiere Acrylic Paint and then did some scratchy blending with a fork... I have no idea why there is a fork in my can of brushes (?!), but it gave a cool effect.
I sprinkled some gold embossing powder into the puddle, and heated from the back of the panel to dry the paint and set the powder. After everything was set and dry, I added some more yellow ink, and repeated the process. I cut into the panel using the new Thanks Word die from Impression Obsession, replaced the cut with a white piece, then cut the inlaid panel using a Spellbinders die.
