Kittie Caracciolo shares a fabulous die cut Christmas card today!
I started by applying ink to the stamps, misting lightly and stamping the evergreen trees across the background. I was going to add a blue sky but really liked the starkness of the green and brown against the all white sky area. I cut two sections of ground snow using deckle scissors and attached them to the card base with mounting tape
I cut the trees and deer and sponged and blended the brown ink. I painted white watercolor paint to the branches of the trees. I attached the trees and deer to the scene with double and triple layers of mounting tape to add depth and dimension.
I added sprigs of pine and red berries to the neck of the fawn. I attached pine sprigs to the ground area and added snowy tips with a brush and white watercolor paint.
Have a great day!
