It's A Summer, Summer, Summer Challenge Here in North Carolina we are having a cold spell and Summer really isn't here yet. It's more like Spring and I can take that too! Well, it's a Summer challenge and as you can see, my card is right there on the edge of a wonderful ocean or lake. The stamp is Night Pier by Leigh Hannan. It was stamped with Brilliance Galaxy Gold and painted with Twinkling H2O's. I highlighted the waves with ClearSnap's new product Smooch and this color is Moonlight. The sand on the beach is Mica Gold Flakes from USArt Quest. The rope at the end of the pier is embroidery floss. The pier and the conch shell were mounted with 3D Pop Dots at the top of the images. The bottom portions were mounted with tape direct to the cardstock underneath, to give more depth. The punched frame was done using the Fiskars Effervescence Border Punch on separate Neenah Classic Crest Solar White Super Smooth cardstock. The technique is explained below in a video.
