Is It Spring Yet?

Heck, no!!! Puxatawny Phil predicts an early Spring though!  Our challenge today is in celebration of that prediction I think.  :-)  Is everybody ready?  Below is a list of the IO DT members and their creations for the Is It Spring Challenge!!  Right after that you can feast your eyes on the wonderful cards shared by our customers.

I don't want to forget to tell you about a video Laura Fulcher, a member of our design team, has done featuring the Mega Mount^TM and the large Cover-A-Cards^TM stamps.  I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.

 

Our first pretty and feminine customer entry comes from Chriss Blagrave, at  Botanical Cafe.  She used Alesa Baker's Small Garden Boots.   The stamp can also be purchased as larger Floral Garden Boots, or as part of two Red Rubber Stamp Cling Sets, Pleasant Thoughts or Charming Gardeners.  Wow, Chriss, your choice of background colors and textures really make your beautiful boots pop!!  Love how your trimmed them for your oval too.  Thank you so much, Chriss, for playing and sharing too!

The next card is designed by Pamela Bagdonas. She chose Alesa Baker's Lovely Flower Stems (can also be purchased as part of Clear Stamp Set Sweet Delights) and Fall Mum to create her Spring scene.  The colors are wonderful and give the feel of Spring, Pamela!  A bright and cheerful card, Pamela!  Thank you for joining in the fun too!

This next warm and fun card is shared with us by Paula Huiras.  She used Gary Robertson's Springtime Birdhouse and Cover-A-Card^TM Vines to create the background for her wonderful card.  Your corners are wonderful too!  I want to apologize for misspelling your last name in the last challenge, too.  Thanks for participating in the challenge, Paula!!

Another reminder, IO has teamed up with The Paper Cut and Sparkle 'n Sprinkle for this Stampin At Sea Cruise to be held February 14-19, 2011.  It's not too late to book your rooms for the CRUISE!  As of a couple weeks ago there were 30 booked, not including husbands, etc. :-D  Wow that sounds like a great number and a few more wouldn't hurt either.  Mitra is going too.  When you book, drop me a post below. Lovin this one! A while back I was looking for a birthday card for a friend. I wanted a real ball busting card. I had zero luck finding what I was looking for. I told a group of friends about this problem one night while we were having a few drinks. We proceeded to get smashed and make up a bunch of greeting cards we found funny. I had been writing down the cards we made up and the next morning I read them. Much to my surprise the cards were still funny even when sober.
