All That Glitters Is Not Gold!

Especially not at this time of year!  Is everybody ready?  Below is a list of the IO DT members and their Glitter ready cards for our All That Glitters Is Not Gold challenge, followed by our first customer entry too.

This beautiful entry comes from Deloris Thiede, at Stamping At The Lake.  She used Leigh Hannan's Bird Cagesto create her beautiful sophisticated card.  You can see that for her metal she used Silver ink for her image, mounted it on Silver cardstock, added very pretty flowers with rhinestones, and then finishing the rest of the card.  Lovely, Deloris, and good luck in our drawing too!

 
Something tells me you all have really been busy with your Christmas shopping and other activities.  If you have and you are finished, get busy out there and send your All That Glistens Is Not Gold (Use metal on your card.  It can be Gold, Copper, Silver, etc.) to me by 9 p.m. tomorrow night.  Think about the fun and the chance to win free stamps that you choose by following the guidelines below: 

• First and Third Thursdays of each month, unless otherwise noted.
• Please use at least ONE Impression Obsession stamp.
• Please provide the name(s) and/or stamp number(s) of ALL stamps  with your email to me.  If you have a problem finding this information, sometimes I can help.   If you use stamps from other companies please let me know so I am not trying to find one stamp out of the 4000 in the on-line store!  :-0 Yikes!
• Entries will be accepted until tomorrow on Friday, 9p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
• Email your entry to me using the Email Shirley link provided near the top of the second sidebar to the right.  Post below if you have any problem with the link.
• All participant cards will be posted here the day of the challenge or when they are entered.
• Cards with all IO Stamps will permanently be added to our IO Customer Album in the very next sidebar over. 
• All Participants in the current challenge will be entered in the drawing for the Impression Obsession $25 Gift Certificate. We use Random.org to select the winner.
• It is for use at our ON-LINE STORE.

Also, there's not much more time to book your rooms for the CRUISE!  Some have already booked theirs.  Someone told me the other day, she takes her husband and he does other things when she is doing the classes and then go on the tours together.  When you book, drop me a post below. IO has teamed up with The Paper Cut and Sparkle 'n Sprinkle for the Stampin At Sea Cruise to be held February 14-19, 2011.  I'm thinking this would make a great Christmas present, even New Years!!!
