And do we have cards too!!! First we have our beautiful and creative cards by the IO DT and then the gorgeous cards from the customers too. I'm listing the team blogs below so you don't miss out on some really beautiful cards with great ideas for creating.
- Daniela Dobson
- Deborah March
- Dina Kowal
- Jeanne Streiff
- Jenny Gropp
- Julie Koerber
- Kathy Menzies
- Laura Fulcher
On to our first entry by Cindy Messer, who used Leigh Hannan's Clear Stamp Sets, Holidays and Holiday Cheer to create her beautiful festive card. The images can also be purchased separately as Red Rubber stamps Holiday Margarita and Holiday Cheer.
Our second card is from Shannon White. She chose to use Leigh Hannan's Fall Leaves to create her masterpiece. The colors are so warm and yummy too! Look at that great background behind the image too!
This next bright and wonderful colorful card is entered by Tracey Kuzniak at My World of Cards, Scrapbooking, and Triathlons. She used Cover-A-CardTM Doodle Flowers to create a few of her favorite things!!!
The card below is shared by Lynda Benden, at Stamp Act. She used Gary Robertson's Holiday Birdhouses!! Love the way you did the ribbon and that wonderful punched edge too!
Look at this wonderful card shared by Pamela. She chose Alesa Baker's Petal Pear to show one of her favorite things. Very vibrant images and the punched corners are perfect to bring out the birds nests too.
This lovely card is shared by Stephanie Severin at Ingenious Inkling. She used Gary Robertson's Dream Butterflyto create some of her favorite things, butterflies and the country. The rose is a perfect embellishment to bring out the image and the background too!
Next we have a really wonderful card from Stephanie Lee. Among her favorite things is her actual collection of real antique baby carriages (not stamps). Here she uses Montagerie's Baby Carriage to create her very vintage card. The image also comes in a Red Rubber Cling set, Baby Carriage, or Clear Stamp Set Baby.
This card was designed by Vicki Garrett at Summer Tyme Studio. She used Alesa Baker's A Star Is Born. A really beautiful color combination and it looks so pretty and whimsical too! She has a lot in common with people loving building snowmen!
Our last card for this post is from Deloris Thiede, Stamping At The Lake. One of her favorite things are Peonies and here she uses Alesa Baker's Peony to create her beautiful card.
Your cards are beautiful ladies and what a great cross section of wonderful favorite things!! I wish you all good luck in the drawing!
Our These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things Challenge will continue through tomorrow, Friday, November 19, 9 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. If you need ideas check out the words to this song, My Favorite Things, from The Sound of Music on my previous post. - First and Third Thursdays of each month, unless otherwise noted.
- Please use at least ONE Impression Obsession stamp.
- Please provide the name(s) and/or stamp number(s) of IO stamps only with your email to me. If you have a problem finding this information, sometimes I can help. If you use stamps from other companies too, please let me know so I am not trying to find one stamp out of the 4000 in the store! :-0 Yikes!
- Entries will be accepted until tomorrow night, Friday, 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
- Email your entry to me using the Email Shirley link provided near the top of the second sidebar to the right.
- All participant cards will be posted here the day of the challenge or when they are entered.
- Cards with all IO Stamps will permanently be added to our IO Customer Album in the very next sidebar over.
- All Participants in the current challenge will be entered in the drawing for the Impression Obsession $25 Gift Certificate. We use Random.org to select the winner.
- It is for use at our ON-LINE STORE.
Don't forget a list of our challenges is on the second sidebar to the right. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask. So get busy out there!! Stamp up a card showing A Few Of Your Favorite Things and send it to me. Kind of makes you feel like singing it...."These are a few of my favorite things!!!" There are so many holidays on the way.
Also, it's not too early to book your rooms for the CRUISE! Some have already booked theirs. Someone told me the other day, she takes her husband and he does other things when she is doing the classes and then go on the tours together. When you book, drop me a post below. IO has teamed up with The Paper Cut and Sparkle 'n Sprinkle for the Stampin At Sea Cruise to be held February 14-19, 2011. I'm thinking this would make a great birthday, anniversary, or Christmas present!!!
Hope your weekend will be great!! Thanks for stopping by to say hi!

So cute! I already like you on FB and also get your posts on Google Reader. :)
